It is amazing how many people do not know what what career they desire to get into—but some people do. I believe they do know because they notice what excites them, motivates them, keeps them inspired and motivated. They take it to the next level by daydreaming what a career in that field would feel and look like. They talk and network with people in the field and sometimes volunteer—to get a good accurate picture of the career they are aspiring to. It takes thought, reflection then action.
